Anita Li
Anita Li, MBA, CRA is the Director of Finance and Accounting in Human Resources at Temple University. She is responsible for day-to-day financial management, which includes the university fringe benefits budget of over $200 million. She is a data-driven financial executive who offers strategic solutions to improve processes and minimize bottlenecks. She has held various positions in the past twenty years at Temple University, including Director of Budget & Finance in the College of Public Health and the department administrator in Anatomy & Cell Biology. She previously worked as a Finance Manager at Princeton University – Neuroscience Institute (PNI) and as a Decision Support Analyst at Methodist Hospital.
Ms. Li completed her bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Management and M.B.A. from Rutgers University. She volunteers to provide Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) at Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation and serves as Judge at the New Jersey DECA State Conference. She is also a member of the Philadelphia chapters of National Association of Asian American Professionals and ASEND. In her spare time, she is a paddler with the Philadelphia Chinatown Dragonboat organization and Cooper River Dragonboat Club as well as a pickleball player.
