About Us
The Asian American Women’s Coalition (AAWC) was formed in 1987 as the result of a successful collaboration of the community and the Balch Institute of Ethnic Studies to sponsor the exhibit, "Chinese Women of America 1834-1982." AAWC's members include individuals from all professions and walks of life.
