Edward McBride Memorial Scholarship

AAWC remembers Edward McBride, a longstanding PECO employee and the former Manager of External Affairs. Although he was known throughout Philadelphia, as the “Ambassador of PECO” -- he was our "SPECIAL FRIEND”.
